While For the City Network is relatively new in many ways, our story actually began in 2005 as an organization called the Faith Community Service Fund. Committed to networking with other local churches and pooling our resources to help people in need, we became known as RISE in 2012. This shift strengthened our focus and commitment to education and long-term transformation and grew our network to include many of the local non-profits we now work with.  In December of 2017 we formally changed our name to For the City Network Northern Colorado to further broaden our mission to include the current priorities we have and positive change we specifically desire to see in our city and this region.
